Wine Festival, 2009

The American Southwest is a colorful collage of eras, cultures, and languages. We find evidence of this multi-culturalism in everything from street names to food, to the legal battles that play out in municipal and state governments. Blogging from the underrated city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Senorita Ruth loves to expound on the issues that affect life in the Southwest, from sopapillas to Spanglish.
